Shipping Damage Policy:
If your item arrives damaged, please report it to us on the same day of delivery, as required by UPS and FedEx. Be sure to keep the item in its original packaging, including all packing materials. Without this, we will be unable to process a damage claim.
Once the carrier has picked up the package for inspection and the claim is approved, we will ship you a replacement.
