The moldboards are constructed from durable 14-gauge steel and have 1/4" thick, laser-cut braces. They come standard with a manual angle adjustment system (left, right, and center positions), or an optional electric-over-hydraulic power angle available separately (see Power Angle).

Our wear blade is crafted from 4" high abrasion-resistant (AR) steel plate—significantly thicker and taller than many competitors’ blades, which tend to wear out more quickly.

EMP plow frames are precision laser-cut from 1/4" and 3/8" thick steel and assembled using a tab-and-slot fabrication method. This puzzle-like fit ensures accurate alignment and a strong, consistent weld every time.

The plow mounting system secures to both the front and underside of your UTV using the included hardware. For added convenience, the mount can be removed at the end of the season by simply taking out six bolts. Attaching the plow takes less than a minute using the supplied hitch pins.
